Introduction:
Hey, everyone! Everybody has been asking me to create a blog based on what are my points of view are on the forthcoming Nintendo titles for the Wii, well, there's not much, but I'll try and find as many as I can, so, here is my views on the Nintendo titles I've heard and found out so far:
Title 1: Mario Super Sluggers (Wii):
As many Mario fans are too, I'm just as excited as they are for Mario Super Sluggers. Mario has had some pretty good sports games in his gaming career. Mario Power Tennis, Toadstool Tour, Mario Golf, the list goes on, and most of the sports games in the Mario franchise have actually been a lot of fun for me, with the expection of Mario Tennis on Virtual Boy, the modern installments have been good fun, so I'm sure Nintendo will make another sporting hit with Nintendo's Italian plucky plumber. I think, the only way Sluggers will probably go wrong, is if the control scheme becomes finicky, and if the game has a slow pace to it, then Sluggers may not be that good, but Nintendo have done some fun Mario spin offs, so I'm not really worried about this at all. Looking forward to play it, Nintendo!
(Get ahold of yourself, guys! This is just a fanmade cover, not real! Lol.)
Title 2: New Factor 5 Kid Icarus Wii Game:
Well, I'm in two minds about the upcoming Factor 5 Kid Icarus Wii game in accosiation with Nintendo. I reckon, from a nostalgic aspect, a new Kid Icarus game would be perfect for fans of the NES originial, and if the control scheme is responsive, and easy to pick up and play, then we could have great fun with this Kid Icarus title. But, there is one grating flaw here that could kill our hopes for Kid Icarus Wii. Here is the announced designs of Pitt for the upcoming new game:
What???
now compare that with Pitt's design in Brawl:
Yeah.... Which one do you perfer???
I'm sorry, but if they design Pitt like an old man in the first design, then that is just wrong for Kid Icarus. Stick with his design in Brawl Factor 5 and Nintendo, he looked cool and what was wrong with it?
Title 3: Family Tranier: Outdoor Challenge
Nintendo, seriously, this is getting beyond a joke! Wii Fit was good, but come on, another one! Oh well, at least, it's being made by Ban Dai, and Ban Dai do some decent games, so this may be good.
Well, that's all I can find out on Nintendo titles for now, hope that satisfied you the Nintendo fanboys who wanted me to do this!
Alone in the Dark 360 Overview:
Well, recently, I played ALONE IN THE DARK for the Xbox 360 just recently, after waiting a very long time for my 360 to return from France for repairs (Red Rings of Death you see, lol) and since I was a fan of the orginial Alone in the Dark titles on PC, I was more than willing to give this game a shot, and yes it's a good game, but it has flaws in it which do prevent for a revalation in horror games, but still, innovative for what it is. I was very impressed by the way of the exceution of the game in ALONE IN THE DARK. It executes itself like a TV series, and yes including all of the "previously on Alone in the Dark" introductory movies we see in most of the time in TV shows. Whilst the way is inspiring, the somewhat repettive missions and rare moments of brilliance prevent it's high status. Soon, I shall write a more well said and more in depth video review of this title.
See you soon! Awe Wii Gamer 1.
