In attempting to stay minimalistic, they've definitely oversimplified some facets of the website's structure, particularly in the forums.

I think I first discovered that with his Lego Batman review. Since then, most of the times when I was reading a review at Gamespot and found myself wondering "Who on earth wrote this stupid thing?", I scrolled down to the bottom to find out it was indeed Tom McShea.

Maybe he's trying to pull a Gerstmann (giving a Zelda game a lower-than-expected score) in the hopes that in a few years he'll be internet famous. ; )-

Speaking of which, what a major coincidence that I should come back to the gamespot forums in what's been probably some years now to find a familiar former-Giant Bomber posting about, haha.
