This is the only forum I have ever seen that action has actually been taken against the use of the word Retard which I will continue to enjoy using without censorship. Any reason for that?

Are you really that stubborn? Just listen to the damn rules and you won't get modded. If someone bothers you then report them and hope the mods understand your complaint, if not then just deal with it. Either way, if you get so mad on a gaming forum that you want to start calling people names like that, then you got problems.
