My orange one was giving me problems with the disc drive so I took the drive off the green machine and put it to sleep. It's better then having to start over on Forza, Jade Empire and Splinter Cell, which the game saves are too big for mem cards. It was a sad day yesterday but I'm just glad I can play Forza without it freezing.

November needs to come faster.

Wooot!!! I picked up my truck the other day and here are some crappy pics!!!

If you havnt heard already, my truck got plowed into on Saturday and I just got the call the other day that they are totalling my truck. SO this weekend I get to go vehicle shopping.

I'm rather excited, cause I get a new truck. But I just recently paid off my past vehicle and now I'm going to be facing a car payment again. Oh well...wish me luck!

Like I was telling Canuck in his journal, there have only been a few guys that could manage a turn during a title run. Rock, Austin,and Kurt Angle. And none of those guys could have done it on their first title run. The only reason they could have pulled it off was because they made a run as both a face and heel and have fans no matter what their status is. We've only known Orton as a heel, we have nothing to associate ourselves with him as a face. I mean people backed Benoit cause he was the underdog, the hard worker who finally got his time to shine. One minute we are supposed to hate Orton, then just cause some lame ass booker wants us to we are supposed to cheer for him? Please thats not going to happen.

Heel turns can happen over night. One night you are a face champ and then next you are beating up on a babyface and you are an instant heel. Think of Austin, after he won the title at mainia he joined with McMahon and beat up the Hardy Boys and Lita. Instant heel. Heels are a little harder to swallow when they turn face. For instance last night did anyone else find it hard to see HBK and Jericho in the same ring? knowing that just over a year ago they hated each other? Sure it was fun to see but it's always in the back of your mind. At least it is with me.

They killed his character plain and simple. They took an arrogant, cocky, prettyboy with a power faction and turned him into a not-so cocky, not-so arrogant prettyboy with no friends.They kicked him out of Evo and it made him look weak, champs are notsupposed to look weak.(Think of Jericho's run) How do you expect the fans to react? Not to mention the fact he was thrown into a program with the most stale heel in the WWE HHH, who has been a part of every main event in the last two years. The fans were pretty much forced to not care. Give us something new damnit and we'll react to it.This is just recycled crap that we've seen 100 times. Orton as a fresh heel champ would have worked. They went the wrong way plain and simple. Instead of using HHH and Evolution to elevate Orton, they used Orton to elevate HHH and Evoution. You know as well as I do that HHH dosn't need a rub.

Fact is that Vince got scared by the ratings loss that is inevitable from MNF and he jumped the gun on a feud that should not have started till just before Mainia.

Think of the feuds he could generate as a heel.

1. Jericho
2. Benoit
3. HBK
4. Edge
5. Rock (for the 1 time PPV not to mention legend killer storyline)
6. Shelton (if booked properly)

and the only one we've seen before was HBK. With HHH as champ weve seen it all..

Burnout 3


Simply amazing....I can't even describe it other then that. I can tell right now I will finish every challenge in this game. I played online for about 3 hour last night and managed to get from rank #7000 all the way down to below 500. and I was using the very first car. I didn't play the single player so I couldn't unlock any. Imagine what damage I could have done if I had a better car. So I hopped offline and played the single player for about an hour. I unlocked about 8 cars and opened up Europe on the map.

The sound in Burnout is maybe the best I've heard in a racing game. The crashes sound like you are right there, with 5.1 cranked I heard pieces of car landing all around me. When you hit the boost not only do you get a sense of speed from the game but you can hear the flames from your boost meter crackling in the backround as you whip through traffic. Thank god for custom soundtracks tho cause the music is horrible. The DJ isn't as bad as eveyone says, he's the same guy from SSX 3 so I'm used to him.

I wish I could play tonight but I have to go to the girlfriends house. It's our normal thursday thing, I go to her house and she cooks me dinner. I guess I could bring my Xbox and get some single player action in..hmmm...

So I'm walking up to the front door of the resturant and see and older lady (maybe mid 40's) and she's a little but behind me. So I stop and open the door for her letting her in first. SHE WALKS RIGHT PAST ME WITHOUT SAYING THANK YOU. Keep in mind that she was damn near 10-15 feet behind me so I technically could have walked in and let the door shut behind me. But no, I am a nice guy so I hold the door for her, and she dosn't even have the decency to give me a smile or a thank you. Serisouly whats the matter with that bjtch? So I said in a sarastic tone "You're welcome" and the c*nt tells me to f*uck off.

I had a pretty great weekend. I played a ton of NHL 2K5. I am already 2 months into the season, I've played about 25 games. I've only lost 2 so far and one was in overtime so thats pretty good I think. I made a few trades tho, I got rid of the old timers Hull and Chelios. I picked up Daze from Chicago for Hull and a real young Defensemen for Chelios. I figured I should start building my team for next season by getting some young guys. I also cut some of the dead weight and picked up Chistov from Aneheim. I needed some speed and he's a 90. I'm good to go, but for a while I was getting injuries like crazy.

Oh and I ditched Lambo twice this weekend. Once cause I fell asleep and the second time cause I was playing hockey. I feel bad....sorta.

Enough about that, I saw Napolean Dynamite and it as fantastic.....awesome movie. I thought for sure the good parts would have been in the commercials but boy was I wrong.

Only one more day until Burnout 3. I don't think I can take the wait...
