And now it's time for part two. If you haven't read part 1, go back and read through it.
I'm not stating the rules, already did that in the first part. Moving on then...
EDIT: Becuase I'm a dumbass, I actually forgot to include one of my favorite LPers to my pre-made list.
#Whatever: HCBailly
I'm really sorry for my incredible unprofessionalism, but here's the LPer I forgot, HCBailly. HCBailly is well known for doing LPs of mostly JRPGs, including almost every Final Fantasy game except for X. He's very professional with the videos he makes, and I really enjoy listening to his commentary. As far as where I would put him on the list, He's probably at around #7 or #8. So... I suppose this is a top 16 now, isn't it? Again, I apologize for being stupid.
#6: JoshJepson
Now at #6, we have Josh Jepson (but you knew that already). Josh is a great example as to how a let's player can be both professional and funny at the same time, with great commentary, regular uploads, and knowing when to cut the video when he messes up. Not only that, but he does let's plays of a very wide variety of games, ranging anywhere from Mario to Halo (although, he generally sticks to the Mario side of that scale).
#5: ProtonJon
Now it's time for the man who updates about as often as VG Cats, Proton Jon. In all seriousness, though, that's really the one thing that keeps Jon from being any higher on this list: his occasional lack of updates (to be fair, he's updated a lot more in 2012 than he has in the past few years). Aside from that, he puts A LOT of effort into his videos, and the effort really shows, especially in his Superman 64 let's play. Not only that, but his commentary is both funny and informative of the game he's playing. He can get pretty angry (mostly when playing bad Mario World ROM hacks and Battletoads) and is known to spout gibberish every once in a while. "BILL COSBY.... IS ANGRY!.... STIMPY! I NEED SPACKLE!"
#4: ClementJ642 [aka The Great Clement]
Moving on to #4, we have The Great Clement. Clement is just about as professional as you can get. When he let's plays a game, he makes sure that you know EVERYTHING about it while he's playing it (however, he occasionally runs out of things to say if the game is particularly boring, such as Knuckles' Chaotix). If you want to know something about a Mega Man or Sonic game (his two favorite franchises), watch one of his let's plays. He's done just about every Mega Man game ever made, and he's currently working on playing through every Sonic game. Unfortunately, if you're not a fan of those two franchises, you're not going to find much else here. There are a few exceptions, such as Star Fox 64, Super Meat Boy, and Scott Pilgrim.
#3: Chuggaaconroy
Now at #3, we have everyone's favorite, Chuggaaconroy. Chugga (or Emile) is well known for... well a lot of things, actually. He has nearly 500k subscribers and has 40+ videos with over 1 million views. He's popular, to say the least. Like Clement, Emile is very professional with the videos that he makes, and tries to give as much information of the game as possible, to the extent of giving a small biography on every Pokemon in their respective areas of the game. What's really impressive about this is the fact that he does all of his commentary live, unlike Clement, who mostly does post commentary. (For those who don't know the difference, live commentary is when a person talks and plays the game at the same time, and post is when a person records the game footage and then commentates over the recorded video.) What he does is really impressive, and I really enjoy the videos he puts out.
#2: SGBLikesToPlay [aka The Super Gaming Bros.]
And at #2, we have The Super Gaming Brothers. The group consists of Johnny (known for his reviews on his channel SomecallmeJohnny), his brother Elliot, and his best friend Matt (who didn't join the group until much later). What you get is three guys sitting on a couch having a good time playing games. It's really fun to watch, and I really enjoy the commentary. If you enjoy let's plays, and you haven't watched them yet, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed.
And now it's time for #1. If you're familiar with most of the people on this list, you've probably already predicted what my #1 is by now. So, I won't keep you any longer. My favorite let's player is...

#1: NintendoCapriSun
"Y'know IN THE BATHROOM"
Yes, at #1, we have my favorite LPer: Mr. Timothy Bishop, aka NintendoCapriSun. I love this guy. He's hilarious. His commentary is some of the funniest I've ever heard. He's not the best at playing games (The Runaway Guys certainly proves this), but when he's good at a game, he's REALLY good at it. Seriously, he beat Contra. WITH ONE LIFE. Also, he beat Super Ghouls and Ghosts. That's pretty impressive, I'd say. Not only that, but he's been known to make some really good songs in Mario Paint. Take a listen.
Here are some honorable mentions that didn't quite make the list:
Anyway, that's it for my top 15 LPers, I hope you all enjoyed it.
My top 10 games of 2012 will be coming soon, I swear. :P
That's all I have to say for now, thank you very much for reading, and I hope you're having a fantastic day.
