Mods

Do the Mods even check your submissions??? I just became editor for Mark Knopfler(one of the best guitarists in history) and I submitted a quote in the trivia section. And they Accepted it. I mean, yeah more points for me but are they not trying anymore? Furthermore, awhile back I accidentally submitted trivia for Robert DeLeo on Dean DeLeos page. And they Accepted it! Then Jacob submitted something not even believable and completely false to the Dean DeLeo page and once again they accepted it. How can someone be so dim? Especially Mods. I find it a bit funny that they don't give a crap about submissions but then when you say one little thing in the forums you get a TOS Violation, I mean, they seem to keep up with that pretty good.

Ok now, my first random list....

MY top guitarists:

1) Kurt Cobain

2) Jimi Hendrix

Robert DeLeo

I just became editor for Robert DeLeo. He's best known for playing bass guitar for the band Stone Temple Pilots. He's one of my favorite bass guitarists and is a very talented musician. So with that being said I'm going to list my top 5 bass guitarists.

1. Geezer Butler - Black Sabbath

2. Flea - Red Hot Chili Peppers

3. John Paul Jones - Led Zepplin

4. Robert DeLeo - STP

5. Krist Novoselic - Nirvana

The 90's

The 90's....probably the greatest decade ever. I really miss those days. Ya know, the days of Beavis and Butthead, Grunge, Dazed and Confused, and so on. When you didn't have to listen and worry about f*cking Global Warming and when we had a somewhat intelligent president. Does anybody else miss the 90's? What do you miss the most?

I'm going to list my top 10 songs of the 90's. These were very good and deserving songs.

1. Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit (1991)

2. Radiohead - Creep (1992)

3. Stone Temple Pilots - Sex Type Thing (1992)

4. Local H - Bound for the Floor (1996)

5. Smashing Pumpkins - Cherub Rock (1993)

6. Sublime - What I Got (1997)

7. Pearl Jam - Alive (1991)

8. Metallica - Enter Sandman (1991)

9. Nirvana - Lithium (1992)

10. Spin Doctors - Two Princes (1993)

1000 and more.

Only being a member of this website for less then 3 months I already have over 1,000 profile views. I'm surprised people actually read my stuff. Some other things I have accomplished:

- Reached Level 12

- About 1,300 forum posts

- 34 reviews

- 160 submissions (most of which were accepted)

- 5 editorships

- 7 blog posts

- Only 12 TOS violation warnings

- Been suspended 1 time.

So that's good, right? For only being a member for less than 3 months?

and btw, best singer/songwriter/guitarist = .......Kurt Cobain :D

Eddie George

Well, I became editor for Eddie George. He's a retired NFL running back who played for the Tennessee Titans (my team) and the Dallas Cowboys (my most hated team). I'm glad I got this because next to Ladanian Tomlinson he's my favorite RB.

So who is your favorite sports player and/or sports team???

Fight Movies

I'm going to list my favorite fight movies (organized fighting ex. boxing, mma) just because they're my favorite type of movies.

1.

2008

2.

1999

3.

2005

4.

2004

5.

2006

6.

2001

7.

2006

8.

1979

9.

2002

10.

2008

So now I'll ask...what's your favorite fight movie? Can you recommend other movies that are similar to these? If you could that would be great :D

I'm back...

...from a three day suspension for posting another 'old thread' picture because once again somebody in the Family Guy forum ressurected a thread from 2005. Damn this site lol.

In other news, I finally saw The Dark Knight. It was an excellent movie and if you haven't seen it yet you should. Of course Christian Bale played Batman perfectly and Heath Ledger played The Joker fantastically. I never would've thought of all people, that Ledger would play a character like the Joker. It's such a shame what happened to him :( It was kind of a long movie (2hrs 30min) but it was definately worth watching. Best Batman movie so far. I give it an easy 10/10.

Can't take it.

Some things that have been bothering me lately. First, in almost every forum I go into, there's somebody who thinks they know everything and wants to start an argument. Then I get a TOS violation warning because I prove them wrong or tell them to stop. Which brings me to the next thing. Those damn TOS violation warnings. I have a total of 10 I think and I just recieved 3 today. One for off-topic, one for flaming, and one for disruptive posting. I can understand the flaming one because I told somebody to shut up but the disruptive posting? Come on! I posted a 'Holy Old Thread' Batman picture because somebody ressurected a thread that was from 2005. I think it's total BS and people need to lighten up. And the last thing is that when I submit to guides the editors are rejecting them. A few times there was nothing wrong with it but they rejected it just because they don't want to risk losing their editorship. I feel that my days here at tv.com are numbered. I hope others can relate to what I'm going through, or is it just me?

Meet the Spartans...

I finally saw Meet the Spartans and I must say that it was a huge waste of five dollars. I was expecting it to be better than other recent spoofs like Epic Movie, or Superhero Movie but it wasn't. The movie did make me chuckle at some parts but there was nothing too funny. I would recommend to not waste your time or money for this movie. I give it a 4/10.

Finally..

I became editor for Geoff Rowley!

After 2 days of non-stop contributing I'm finally rewarded :D
