Well Hello all! I figured it was about time I updated this thing! lol It has been a busy summer and I haven't been around much. Apologies to anyone that I have inadvertently ignored! I took the summer off and I was so lazy, spent most of it reading! It was awesome. Of course it went too fast and now the kids are back to school and I'm back to work(yuck). As lazy as I was, it still was very busy with taking kids to work and camping and still doing those reno's(omg can you believe that)! My son got his drivers licsence and his first car! Then he totaled the car a week later. Makes you wonder why they give these stupid kids licsences! BTW he is fine. The car isn't.:o

Little over a month to go for the new season! Yipee! I can't wait. I am quite excited to see where they go this season and I am curious to see how the new chickies work out. The sides that everyone has posted look pretty good. Oh and a week to go til the S2 dvd. I can't wait to watch without all those annoying commercials and the stupid crap that's dancing across the bottom of the screen.:D

Back to the reading thing I've been reading a series that was reccomended somewhere. I think you guys might like it. There are alot of parrallels to SN, which was the main attraction! The books are by Rob Thurman and the first one is called Nightlife, Moonshine is the second and the third isn't out til next spring, unfortunately. They're full of that sarcastic humour that I love on SN so much and they are about two brothers, one being part monsterand his older protectivebrother that looks out for him. Now you see where the similarities are. I won't say too much in case you wanna check em out. Don't want to wreck anything for you. lol

So that's my summer in a nutshell hopefully in the next few weeks once things settle again I'll get to hang out with you guys again. :lol:

 Ok.. I feel like I am giving an oscar speech here but here goes....Wow, I can't believe that I'm almost at my 1000th post!!:lol: I would have never gotten this far if this wasn't such a great forum..with some of the nicest people that you can meet. :lol: I would like to thank the academy....:lol: just kidding!

 We are down to the last 4 episodes and as excited as I am to finally have Supernatural back on I am also a little sad that it's almost over. :cry: It would help alot if we didn't have to wait til the very last episode to find out if it's been renewed. That is just the cruelest punishment...not only do we have to deal with the uncertainty of the show not returning but we have to deal with the season finale and for all you all on the evil thread you know what I'm talking about!!! ;)

 Oh my gosh guys!!!!! I'm going to see Blue October in concert!!!!:lol: Can you believe it ?!! My sweety pie bought tickets and suprised me with them!!! I am so excited I can hardly stand it!!! :lol:
 The countdown begins... they are in Edmonton on the 9th!! Oooh not only a concert but a trip to the city as well!! Now I am totally spoiled!:D

  Well guys our spring break is next week!!! Which is just retarded because it frickin is Not spring!! It is still like -20 and snowing again!! :cry: Anyway, enough of the whining already. :D

  So thought I'd share a little story ..I don't know if you all are familiar with the Cadbury Easter bunny commercial ? Anyway it's the one with the bunny that goes bok, bok, bok...like a chicken clucking. This is my very favorite commercial.

  When my son was about 2 years old, as with all kids you ask them the sounds that a dog makes, cow, cat and so on. One day we were asking him the different sounds that animals make from a picture book and he points to the animals and makes the appropriate sound to go with them. When he got to the bunny picture he says... bok, bok, bok... awww! Every spring now when they play the cadbury commercial I am reminded of that. So there is a nice cheesy story for you!

 So thanks to candy for the "if you were gay vid tip on you tube..sooo funny and to webs for your tip on the "son of a bi***" lol, good one !!!:lol:

It's all Webby's fault....I have a serious addiction to you tube and try my best to stay out of there but the other evening she just had to mention a couple of new videos in there so of course I just had to check them out. I haven't left for days .....I have watched quite a few vids now and damn do they take along time to load.

Anyway if you guys have suggestions on any videos ...or maybe I should seek counselling for " You Tube Anonymous" or possibly for "Supernatural Anonymous" considering that there wasn't a clip in any video that I didn't know what episode it was from.

Well thought I'd say wow great episode last night . Loved HOTH . It touched on religion a bit without getting  preachy  we got to see a bit more of what makes Dean tick and Sams state of mind (poor guy ) . Love these character developing eppy's. These guys are just getting better and better ,you can really see the growth in their characters and in their acting since last season.

 On a  totally different note I really sucked at Luceys Quiz :lol:   Maybe I'll do better next time....:D

So this is my first blog entry Ever .... Never kept a diary after my sister stole mine and read it to a bunch of her friends ... had a major crush on a guy at the time so let me tell you that sucked out loud (as Dean would say) . Anyway I have quite enjoyed talking to all the people that I have met on this site I always was a people person. It's been alot of fun . One of these days I'll  figure out how to get my pictures to work so far not having any luck on that score. Oh well :? My daughter has been helping me figure out some of the stuff on here but even she can't get the pictures up . We'll get it eventually.
