This is one of the most fun games EA Big has made in a long time, but it's still missing some things.

If we didn't have companies coming out with new ideas for games, this would be a black and white world, but this is not a black and white game, and it is quite alot of fun. If you're a hardcore NFL fan, you might not appreciate it as much as other people. This game is so easy, though, that it really ruins the game potential. Like the fact that you can jump off of walls really lowers the enemies chance of winning. I also found that if you try and hit an enemy, adn you miss, you'll do a 360o, and then he'll tackle you. That didnt really add to the chance that this game would be a blockbuster. Alot of the time this would be fun because it could give you, lots of choices, that you'd really like to see in a NFL match, but then again, that could mean that the game could be tipped in any teams way. Also things like big hits are REALLY big hits. Youcould hit a man, then he'd go back, like 5 meters, or go very very high into the sky. If you can remember from the first NFL streetm if you played it, that there was a thing called Gamerbreaker, where you get super human feats, and skills from doin amazing stunts, like jumping off Hot spots on walls, or tackling people into them. which will give you amzaing jumps in Gamebreaker points, which get you even close to super human strength. But now, there's something called NFL Street 2's game breaker, which will basically put you into a Cut-Scene showing off the games moves, but there's pretty much very repetitive Game Breaker 2 Cutscenes. Ive yet to see more then 3 of them. In this new version, they have something called Own the City, which gives you many new Mini games, like jump ball, where, you must catch one of 3 balls that a quarter back throws, for points to win the match, and theres somethings called crush the carrier, which theres a bunch of palyers who try and crush, well, the carrier. The carrier carries the ball and he has to hold it for as long as possible to win. I found lot sof these mini-games highly addictive, and more fun then the NFL matches themselves. Own the City also give you a player that you customize, to build you're own team of Freelancers, to conquer the "underworld of NFL custom, and completely random palyers. You can advance your player, adn get him far enough, he'll become a Unstoppable Juggernaught, capable of any position, and he'll be almost completely unstoppable. The graphics don't look totally updated, but they overall still look better then the other one. Also there is alot of player model problems, like the crashing into eachother, the player will enter eachothers body parts, and that really don't add to the level of fun. This time around, they have a good replay mechanism this time around. You can actually contorl it, adn get in close to the action of the player if you want to see something amazing you just saw. Over all, I think this game, overtime will get you very interested.
