Bigger, faster and more intense, my favorite racing series just got better. Great online and offline.

As a big fan of the Motorstorm series, I have been really looking forward to Motorstorm Apocalypse. The game is bigger, faster and more intense than previous outings, with all the dirt and crashes which are the trademark of the series. Apocalypse has more vehicle classes and full customization which really adds to the variety in races. The ramming feature now works much better which makes battling with other vehicles tactical and a lot of fun. The vehicle classes feel more balanced this time and the bigger vehicles feel much faster. There is occasional slowdown but generally the graphics are fantastic, with so much happening on the screen all the time. A very minor criticism of the game is the comic strip story which feels a bit childish compared to the realistic FMV's of the previous series and the nature of the game. Intro movie is good though. Great online and offline, and an essential purchase for any Motorstorm fan.
