If you can find yourself engrossed in the story, this game is probably worth getting. The gameplay is fun and the characters are cool, and the final bit of the ending is sweet. I didn't think the graphics were all that great, the mocap is evident and the animations are done well, but the particle effects are eh. The stealth suit is cool though. I hadn't played this on the PSone and so this was pretty awesome. I'm gonna have to borrow a PS2 and play Sons of Liberty now and borrow it again for Snake eater. However, if you're not into long cut scenes and huge codec dialogue scenes, then just rent this game, because frankly, there isn't too much game after the story is worked out. Either way, i understand how this game became a classic when it came out and it's still pretty cool.
