...but this is where this game is totally different from any other remake of any game.
You get a hell of alot of stuff in here, you get some totally new levels, 2 new bosses, the old levels, new playable characters (the bosses, Protoman, Mega), a challenge mode and the thing I've been asking the most from any Megaman game, a level creator!
Let's start off with the graphics, they're totally redone in 3D on a side scrolling 2D style, and sure they're cutsie, but real men wear pink. Either way there's some slow down in this game so therefore I can't give it a perfect score, although at least the slow down is better in this, then the X re-release last month.
The sound is great you get the old NES songs when you play Old Style, which is totally the most awesome thing they could of done, and the new style remixes aren't bad either. The sound effects again reflect the cute factor and for what it's worth, what's there works.
The gameplay is as great as you'll remember, if anything you'll be engaged even more, because there's so many things to do, the challenge mode is great, it's just little levels with challenges you have to complete, you always know what to do, but something it can be very hard.
The value on this little thing is astounding, you can a never ending game here basically, because of the construction mode, you can create your own levels, or download them via Wi-Fi. Not to mention the unlockables are everywhere, new bosses, new packs for the level creator...it doesn't seem to end.
Overall, I was highly impressed with this game, the only thing I wished was on this just like the last Megaman re-release on the PSP, was to have the original game in there somewhere, at least there was video of it in the intro.
