Another Great One For Football

Another great game coming from the Madden franchise. I guess you can say theres alot new this time but im not so sure. They just added the AFL Legacy pack which adds to the list of new things. Before I bought the game I heard of all the new features it had but when I played, there wasn't that many. The look had alot of changes like the franchise menu, home menu, and online menu. The graphics were alot better, but that improves every year. There were some great changes in the game, when playing that were very nice, like Pro-Tak, where up to 11 players can be, attacking or pushing the ball carrier for extra yards. Another thing was "Fight For Every Yard" feature which gives you every oportunity to breack takles. I was playing once and was being hauled down by three defenders and was able to spin away for a fourty seven yard Touchdown run, believe me I was certainly suprised Brian Westbrook could break tackles like that. I still think the whole superstar thing is out of whack. You don't have to earn your starting job, you don't lose it and the majority of the time, regardless of what position your playing your usually on punt return and kickoff return, I really hate that. If Iwas playing CB or WR I would not mind playing third string to get better against a weaker defender or reciever. I love that you can make a guy from NCAA and guide him through college and into the draft, but before they fix who should start I will NOT be pleased with this feature. I really loved getting trophies for this game, they were all very challenging espcially Larry Stickyfingers. I feel like that was the hardest trophy to obtain. Same old same old with creating things, nothing to talk about there. Good game can't wait to see what they do next year(without EA)
