One of the best RPGs on 360 from 2008.

The game is long spanning 4 discs. The game is turn based a la' FF or DQ and the graphics engine that is used is unreal. Story wise you play as Kaim who has lost his memory (if you've played many rpgs this is pretty common) and goes on a journey to reclaim his lost self. You meet several intriguing characters on your way, which is a long way might i say with lots of cutscenes and amazingly done CG.

Game wise the game isn't hard. you can't really grind here like in previous rpg's because depending on whenever you are game wise you can only level up to a certain amount because the monsters in that area will not be giving out much xp. You level up skills here in order to customize your character through accessories (a la FF7 materia).

Achievements wise there are a whole bunch from beating bonus bosses, to finding every single treasure in the game (treasure trove) which will be such a pain if you do not use a guide, and even still you will be spending a lot of time trying to find all those missed treasures for a full 1000g.

You can do item hunting here for those interested in keeping logs of all the equipment you have collected, but you will pretty much be trying to get as many achievements/G here.

Lost Odyssey is one 360 game every rpg fan should play.
