This one word sums up the game. Amazing. The story, characters, puzzles, locations, music, and graphics are bang-on and fit the feel of the game perfectly. The only letdown is the speed at which you move and sometimes you find yourself wondering what the heck are you supposed to do next. That aside, Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is worth every penny. Without giving away too much of the story, here's a basic summary.

Kyle Hyde, the story's main protagonist is an ex-cop who's looking for his ex-partner on the NYPD police by the name of Bradley, who betrayed him to the mob.

To earn a living now that he's not a cop anymore, Kyle becomes a door-to-door salesman for an old friend named Ed, who has a side business of finding items that get themselves lost. Kyle gets sent to Hotel Dusk to find a few of those items, and there his past starts to sneak up on him.
