Quite entertaining...........

Well before u begin the game you must choose between 3 different characters, there is Herc, Atlanta and Jason ( I can't imagine why u would want to be anyboby except for Herc, but just in case ) now that selecting your hero is out of the way u may begin your quest, and yes your quest involves saving the princess or in this case saving a goddess. While the game is basically a action adventure title there are some other elements present that keep this from being just another ho-hum action platform. there even is some rpg elements, not alot mind u but some. there are alot of npc characters who will provide u with various side quests through out the game, of course as u make your way through these side quests ( and the main quest for that matter ) ther will be hoards and hoards of skeletons and giants and various other mythological creatures attempting to impede your progress. nothing to over the top, the action is fast and steady and quite funny at times and even though it is for the most part your standard smash'em till they die, it still to me was pretty fun to do. As far as the graphics there are plenty of nice hand drawn backgrounds and I found Herc's adventure to be quite colorful. all and all this not the best game u will play or the most difficult, but yet it's an enjoyable, overlooked game that will provide Saturn owners with a nice little adventure and if have a buddy with u there is a co-op mode to give Herc's adventure a little more replay value.
