A stellar game with a few flaws. Still the KING of racers!

GT5 is a mixed bag of offerings. While the graphics are solid for the most part, especially the premium cars and majority of the tracks, the standard cars look like they were plucked right out of GT4. The controls and handling are the best they've ever been. The sheer amount of content in the game will have you playing for months on end.

The only gripes I have with the game are the lackluster visuals of the standard cars and a few of the older tracks like Grand Valley, the driver AI is still pretty retarded a lot of the time, load times can sometimes be lengthy, and Polyphony forgot to include some of my favourite tracks like Tahiti and Midfield.

GT5 is still the king of racers, even if it suffers from some minor flaws. The series just needs to evolve a little more and fix the problems that have plagued it since the beginning. Still a rock solid game, 9/10!
