God of War 3 is a near perfect game that is best described as being ONE OF THE BEST RPG'S/ACTION GAMES OF ALL TIME

God of War 3 had to live up to a lot of hype and it certainly met all of the hype. GOW 3 is a goretastic, revolutionary rpg that is everything you would want in a game. The story starts out with Kratos trying to make his way up mount olympus (which looks incredible). From there the amazing story ensues. Seamless cutscene to gameplay mechanics keep you immersed in the action. Reaction commands and unique kill commands for each enemy make battles intense and fun. You can even take control of some of your enemies and reek havoc. Jumping can be a problem at first and some puzzles may take you a bit to get through, but all in all, god of war 3 is a game that is not to be missed by anyone. The bottom line:

THE GOOD
1. All battles are incredible, even field enemies
2. Fantastic story
3. Amazing graphical environments
4. Gore, gore, GORE
5. Seamless transition from cutscenes to gameplay
6. Every enemy down to the runts are unique in every way
7. A revolution in gaming for graphics and realistic scale

THE BAD
1. Magic attacks are somewhat cheap
2. Jumping can be problematic when starting out
3. Some puzzles will take you a bit of time to solve (from some one who is not big on puzzles).


OH BY THE WAY I KNOW IT IS LISTED AS ACTION ADVENTURE, BUT IT CAN ALSO BE CONSIDERED AN RPG, SO IF YOUR GONNA GIVE MY REVIEW OF THIS SPECTACULAR GAME A THUMBS DOWN BECAUSE OF THAT, YOU HAVE ISSUES.
