DOOM II Cheats For PC

  1. Main character really getting into it

    Hold the fire button down on any gun for a little while and the main character's face will get very intense and angry looking.

  2. John Romero's head on a stick

    On the final level, turn on clip mode (type ''idclip'' during game) and walk towards the final bosses exposed brain. You should enter a small hallway behind the hole to his brain, and see that there is actually John Romero's head on a stick. You deafeat the final boss not by destroying the monsters brain, but by shooting the decapitated head of John Romero

  3. Invincible Monsters

    If a monster is ever crushed by a door at the exact time an Arch-Vile resurrects it, the monster will become an invincible ''ghost''. This is a very annoying glitch because the ''ghost'' can attack you and float through walls! The only way to stop it is to avoid it at all costs.

  4. Killing ghost monsters

    If you've managed to encounter a ghost monster and can't kill it, here's how: whip out your rocket launcher or BFG and shoot a nearby wall when the ghost monster is near it. It will be harmed or killed due to splash damage.

  5. Secret Level Number Two

    Once again, this level is not in the German version of Doom II

    To get to the second secret level from the first, go to the last room (with the 12 SS guards and the elevator) and immediately turn to your right, and open the wall back to a secret area with health. Grab the heath, turn around and press that wall to get to another secret are with a elevator to the second secret level, another knock off of Wolfenstien 3D, only this time the level is a remake of Grosse, the first boss.

  6. First Secret Level

    On level 15: Industrial Zone, activate the switch on the pillar in the large lava trench. Next grab the invulnerability in the now open area at the east end of the large lava trench. Finally enter the southwestern most building on the map and take the small lava river south until you find the newly opened branch with the secret exit teleporter. The branch will not be open if you skip the invulnerability!

DOOM II Cheats For Game Boy Advance

  1. First Secret Level

    Due to the Game Boy Advance version of this game splitting the Industrial Zone level in half, the way to access the first secret level, Wolfenstein, will be slightly different than all the other versions of the game. First, it can only be reached from the second part of the Industrial Zone (Industrial Zone B), and you will need a yellow key in that level to enter the building that houses the secret exit. After obtaining this key, go up the first elevator in the building you started the level in and look for the jutted ledge that immediately greets you when you turn. Immediately sprint off this ledge by holding the A Button and up on the +Control Pad, releasing both buttons in midair to land on a tall, small island in the deadly lava. Turn (do not move forward or backward, or you'll fall off the island) and hit a switch, then drop into the lava and run east to a room that the switch just opened. Kill any enemies there and pick up the invulnerability sphere. Find teleporters in the lava back near the dead-center of the map area to escape danger, then head to the southwest building that you needed the yellow key to enter. Pick up a radiation suit and enter the south lava tunnel. If you have done all of the above correctly (except picking up the radiation suit and killing enemies), a branching path lined with lava will open up, which you can enter to reach the teleporter to the secret exit.

  2. Limits of Enemy Aggression

    Due to the technical limitations of the Game Boy Advance, the enemy AI is limited such that enemies are unable to aggressively pursue you far from where those enemies spawned. As enemies usually do not respawn once killed, this lets you create safer enemy-free areas where you can retreat to give yourself breathing room against tougher enemies, or give you opportunities to find useful items, which will prove useful on harder difficulty levels.

  1. Cheat codes

    Codes are entered via the game's internal keyboard, which is accessible during gameplay while in first-person view, or while viewing one of the game's menus; It is not accessible while in Automap mode.
    To access the keyboard, simultaneously depress, then release, all 4 Action buttons (the 4-button cluster on the right side of the face of the Zodiac), then depress the analog controller/joystick once.
