Whatever happened to it? I mean like shoudn't there be a sequel coming out sometime soon or did they give up on it? Just didn't know since they ending seemed like there would be another game in the series. Does anyone know???

Most people didn't like the new 'prince', so they went back to the old one.

well not entirely. Since PoP movie was coming out, Ubisoft wanted to make some money. So they brought back the old prince. I'm pretty sure they're going to continue PoP08

they really should make a sequal to POP08 because it was a sort of cliffhanger to the story at the end and it would be stupid to just end it like that.

Personally I hope they'll forget all about it. It's by far the worst entry of the series.

I liked this game, the characters and the art style. Personally, I would prefer to see them expand this world than return to the other prince.

The problem with PoP08 is it was very dull and repetitive, despite the outstanding soundtrack and art design. Copypaste sections, no combat aside from bosses, no way to die=no challenge and the light seeds gimmick that forced you to replay every stage at least twice made it almost a chore to play through. It's still a game I reccommend, it's simply not very representative of the PoP series.
