i was wondering how many hours everyone has put into TP so far. I have a little more than 3 hours on it. I have also benn playing Redsteel thats why i have so little hours. I want to beat that then spend my time on Zelda
Well, err.. none yet :?. The Wii has not even been launched here. I'm very annoyed with the fact you see polls everywhere asking you if you own a Wii. You can only vote "Yes, I already own one" or "No, I'm not buying one". While half of the people visiting that particular site do not even live in the US. Nobody thinks of adding "not living in the US, so not yet" or something... It'll be waiting for 8th dec. for me :x
I'm forced to wait until Christmas for the Wii, but I have watched my uncle play Excite Truck. I'm definately picking it up once I do get the Wii. I haven't watched him play TP yet, and I don't plan on it either.
I have to wait until christmas for the wii so 0, but i have a copy of the game. i might be able to count the 20 minutes i spent helping my friend play TP but as far as actual gametime i got a big fat 0.
I'm the winner so far, nearing 21 hours, I just beat the 4th dungeon and I have decided to take a little break in game, get a few more heart peices, do a little fishing, all that fun stuff. Honestly, this game is really better than OoT, not as revolutionary as OoT, but better nonetheless
I'm at 23 hours and just entered the 3rd dungeon. Im going slow and taking in everything that I can so that it drags out for as long as possible. I didn't just wait for two years to speed through it in less than 60 hours.
It is, people take your time, enjoy the game, it's not solely about completing it, thats less than 10% of the fun, sift through every nook and cranny and find out all the things you have already missed through the stupidity of wanting to complete it quickly. LS:wink:
I'm at 41 hours, and I'm on the 9th dungeon. I'm not even going fast. I've made like 4 heart cantainers (15 in all), I have all the bottles, I have 28 poes, etc.

I will be trying to play at a similar pace as you, i wanna see it all also, back tracking after completion is dull, it's so much better this way, i suspect the developers have hidden a HUUUGGGE secret in the game, but it seems you yanks are all speeding through the game and missing the clues, i reckon the more patient Japanese gamer will find it first out of all the territories, the fact that there are supposed to be 9 dungeons does not sit well in my mind, there has to be a tenth hidden dungeon> LS- :wink:
I feel utterly jealous of all of you :P I have the game, but not the Wii, and I've put in about an hour or so on my friend's Wii. It's a nice full game from what I've experienced, and I'm really looking forward to actually getting the Wii.
Dont feel so bad, contemplate the fact that there are massive Zelda fans worldwide that have not had even the chance to play it yet (like me)- im sure you like me will play it to death when your time comes, sounds like you have frustrated yourself more by playing it at your friends (i can understand that temptation) but your better off waiting till you get your console and playing through it at your leisure, and sealing up that players guide until then, and taping up your friends mouth if he has a copy. LS
50 hours and just entering the 6th dungeon. So far I have the biggest wallet, all 4 bottles, 36 poes, 13 heart containers, two bomb bags and the 60 arrow quiver.
wow talk about a wide variety of hours and places people are. i havent been able to play it much i had 5 days off of school and 4 out of the 5 days ive been really busy, and guess what. the day i was free i got sick and i cant play games while im sick. but anyways i only got 13 hours on it so far. ill get a lot more if no other bad fortune comes to me. :D
Just under 40 hours and I've beaten the game and the really, really hard cave thing I will not mention because of a possible spoilerand I need about 10 bugs and 20 poes and 1 bottle and I haven't really done any fishing
