this is no contest, uncharted 2 for sure. u no whats funny, it seems like the hype that ac had back in 07 has all shifted to uncharted 2 this year and then some.(uncharte 2 didnt even need a female developer to gain hype for it either) right now uc2 is making every sinlge game out there look like pure crap, the only game that can really hang wit it terms of quality this year that we no is coming out is mw2.

Well, I'm probably gonna buy both on day one but Assassin's Creed was one of my favorite games this gen (I really really like open world games) So Assassin's Creed 2 is my most wanted game of the year...Would have been Red Dead Redemption but delays FTL...
i borrowed both the first Uncharted and Assassin's Creed . . . AC had a pretty cool concept, but after an hour of playing it, i just couldn't get into it . . . now uncharted, i played that thing for the whole weekend, beat it, and totally loved it . . . Before playing Uncharted i considered buying AC2 cuz it seemed to be way better, but now I would definitely have to say that I'll be getting Uncharted 2 and not AC2
I will be picking up neither. I just have too many games to buy. Silent Hill, LBP, R&C CIT, Atleast Galaxy2, Other M, Pikmin 3, And Zelda Wii...But if I had to choose between the two, I would say Assassins Creed 2. Yes Assassins Creed was extremely repetitve. But The game was so much fun when it wasn't. It's too bad they could get it exactly right the first time around.

Hey thats neat. After UC2 (which is my vote) Red Dead Redemption is my most anticipated game too.
Assassin's Creed II. Uncharted 1 was fun but was aiming really low. It's a basic action game without much depth. I liked Assassin's Creed. That game was aiming high. I bet Ubisoft was thinking that they might have been making the best game ever made while they were doing it. The game is very ambitious, even if a lot of the elements didn't pan out very well. I'm thinking that AC2 will fix up the issues and realize the first game's true potential. Uncharted? please. It's a very safe series
assassins creed was about on par with having norwok virus in terms of excellence, so i will say uc2, definitely. ac2 might be a million times better than the first, but im not going to be in a rush to see.
why all the hate on assassin's creed 1? It gets kind of repetitive but it was fun jumping around cities, doing missions, and stalking and killing targets. How about the first uncharted? Cheesy dialogue. Tedious plot. In fairness the game itself was fun, I enjoyed the gunplay immensely, and it was beautiful to watch.
