Dang.. think I’ll pass on this one. What about you, SW? Will you be checking out Sniper Elite: Resistance?

Sounds about right, games are very samey and Rebellion are pretty greedy with nuclear levels of DLC spam.

Wait 2 years for the whatever edition.

This is why I like Game Pass; I know I will enjoy this game, I just don't think it's worth full price.

A 6 sounds about right; not great, not terrible.

Would like to see the series return to a more stealth-focused, sniper-focused gameplay. Recent games have been a bit more action- and explosion-heavy, which is fine don't get me wrong, I just want to see more games where stealth is the focus and purpose, and not just an option.

They really are terrible with their DLC.

They also churn out these games quite a bit. I think they have a zombie one, the sniper elite, Strange Brigade was them I think....all more or less the same, probably recycle a shitload of assets, all have tons of really dumb DLC.

Wow I was almost going to write something very similar.

I do like their SE games, but they are very samey, and I never bought the last one at release, I waited until like 18 months later.

Their DLC road map is as greedy as it comes, total disgrace.

Yep, wait for the complete edition, or until all the dlc is dirt cheap.

I will say GS score of 6 is more like an 8 for me, while they are samey, that can be a good thing because you know what to expect.

I play many games, unlike you who plays Remnant 1, Remnant 2, and then you hope to god for Remnant 3 🤣

Didn't know they still released sniper elite games I stopped caring after 3.

Series is exact same since decade. even more so than COD. its never evolved.

Only have played the first mission so far, but I have to say that I really, really dislike the new main guy. Just something rubs me the wrong way about the guy. But I think I'll still finish the game at some point. Mostly because I respect Jason Kingsley so much, awesome guy and awesome youtube channel.

I'll probably pick this up in a sale enjoyed 3 and 4 and liked V2 on 360. Amazing this series is still going must sell relatively well.

@mrbojangles25: Yeah same here. I want to play the game, I don't want to own it, so I will play it on Gamepass. The Sniper games have always been enjoyable, but I guess the franchise is running out of new ideas and the base formula is growing stale.
