Nintendo 3DS Conference... Nintendo Wins The Handheld Wars?

Good afternoon, people, this is charizard1605 bringing you the latest and greatest in gaming news

The Nintendo 3DS Conference is in less than eight hours, now folks. Nintendo is expected to make several major announcements at this conference for its struggling 3DS handheld. Major game announcements, first party andthird party, are expected, along wih the official unveiling of the analog slider accessory.

Some of the expected announcements, arranged roughly in decreasing order of likelihood, include:

• Monster Hunter Tri G Officially Revealed For the 3DS
• 3DS Second Analog Slider Accessory Revealed
• 3DS firmware update is announced, including revamped friends list with messaging support, new StreetPass and SpotPass features, and 3D video recording.
• Kid Icarus: Uprising Delayed to 2012
• Animal Crossing and Paper Mario get release dates
• Metroid Dread Announced For the 3DS
• Advance Wars Announced For the 3DS
• Fire Emblem Announced For the 3DS
• New Ace Attorney Unveiled
• New Yoshi sidescroller developed by FeelGood unveiled
• New Etrian Odyssey title revealed
• Demoes debut on the eShop
• New Pokemon game (most likely a Ruby/Sapphire remake) Announced For the 3DS
• Nintendo Unveils Mach Rider Unchained, a gritty, violent new game, for the 3DS
• New Contra Game Announced For the 3DS
• New Castlevania Game Announced For the 3DS
• Zone of the Enders Announced For the 3DS
• New 3DS colors announced
• Major JRPG support, including Tales, Dragon Quest, Shin Megami Tensei, Final Fantasy and Level 5 JRPGs, unveiled
• Super Smash Bros 4 trailer unveiled
• The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword given a Japan release date
• 3DS revision announced
• 3DS rebranding announced
• 3DS cancelled, Nintendo announces new Gameboy

WHAT WAS ANNOUNCED?

• The conference started with footage from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (which looks BEAUTIFUL)
• Moved on to showing off Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7
• Games like Ace Combat, Dynasty Warriors, Flying Fairy, Fire Emblem, Resident Evil Revelations, Metal Gear Solid 3D and Mario Tennis shown off
• 3DS eShop update promised
• Kid Icarus delayed
• Kid Icarus anime available exclusively via Nintendo Video
• Love+ Plus, Pink 3DS
• Level 5 JRPG shown off
• Dragon Quest Slime 3
• Monster Hunter Tri G
• Monster Hunter 4... holy s***!

I'm sure they'll announce a few new games, but I doubt it's going to be the megaton the fans are hoping for (and if y'all will remember, even "megaton" turned out to just be a multiplayer remake of Pac-Man).

Not to nitpick your expertly made OP, charizard, but shouldn't the Etrian Odyssey announcement be higher up in likelihood? :P

It has been rumored since prior to the 3DS launch. I'm certain Atlus has been hard at work on that one. ;)
