360 or ps3 GTA 5 purchase?

if you own both systems, which system are u getting it for?

Bought the 360 for 360 exclusives and multiplats and PS3 for those wonderful PS3 exclusives(excluding the JRPGs) and blu-ray

Because it is the end of this gen by the time that GTA V comes out the PS3 and xbox 360 will be irrelivent just get it on either one.

PS3, but I wish they would announce it for next-gen so I can just buy it when it goes to PS4 instead.

PS3 is the obvious choice. Both versions will be the exact same except one offers free multiplayer.

If you must get the console version, I'd get it on PS3 because of the superior controller.

GTA V is being developed for both 360 and ps3. Unlike IV, or RDR where the game was developed for one system then ported to the other.

The demos shown to the press recently where shown on PS3.

You can't really go wrong with either.

They are not going to spend the money to improve the graphics for next-gen consoles. Hell, it's not even confirmed that GTA 5 will release on them.

There is not one gamer who is going to sit out of GTA V hoping that something that is going to come along down the road that's better. It's going to blow everyone away, and it's going to be in the market in September

^fail. many are already waiting for PC version. There is no way PS3/360 version can look as good as it was shown. They will release it first only on PS3/360, get the sales up as much they can and then PC and next gen ports.

Rockstar focuses on consoles.The chances of a next gen version being made are higher than those of a pc version.Once both the consoles have a large userbase,it will be released.

Well if you google ps3 vs 360 for Rockstar's other games, you'll see that the 360 version is always better

The pc version has always been a secondary source...Like dvd/br sales for movies-Not trying to be a fanboy here,but that's how things look like from a business perspective-,so the next gen versions can also be grouped with the pc version.

Did Rockstar overhaul the graphics for the PS3?

Beats me, i dont have it. GTAV on PC should support higher res than PS3. same with PS4. Developing on PS4 is very easy, similar architecture to PC hardware.

If you want good graphics, steady Frames per second in games made from Rockstar games. Then go for the 360 version.

Since the PS3's the lead platform on this one, PS3 version for me.
