1. Does a PS3 look good on a PC moniter?

2. Is the PS3 difficult get online with/ is PSN complicated to set up?

3. Is there talk of a price drop this year?

4. What speed of DSL would be ideal for lagg free online games?

I might think fo more but, that is all for right now. Thanks for any replys.

1. Yes, a high definintion monitor will look good - HDMI/DVI should work fine if it is greater than 720p compatible.

2. Not really. I was able to handle it with a wireless router without screaming or getting my wife to help (I do hardware, she does software).

3. Maybe at the holidays. Not in the foreseeable future with MGS4, LBP, Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 out or on the way.

4. I have a good (not uber) DSL connection and go over a router without major issues. Though it takes time to download firmware and demos.

You'll not get as good a picture with a non-digital signal. HDMI from PS3 to HDMI or DVI at the monitor end is the way to go.

By "awesome" bundles, you mean the game system and the game? There is the difficult to find steel version and the regular 80G version which is being shipped regularly to retailers. Call your local store and see when they expect one. Shouldn't have to wait too long.

No, Sony are cheap with their hdmi cables. They're promoting Hi Def, yet won't provide the cables with it. Thankfully I picked up agold plated HMDI cable for ten pounds when I bought mine.

I won't talk about things I don't know about, but from my understanding, you will get a better signal with an HDMI/DVI cord to a monitor.

No, the PS3 doesn't come with an HDMI cable, but you can get an inexpensive 10' cord for $15 at WalMart which will work just as well as a $100 Monster cable. You can do the research on that on your own :)
