Is there a limit on how much hard drive space can be in a RAID setup?

For ex.

2TB Can I RAID0 them and still get the full 4TB

There may be a limit imposed by your RAID controller, but the individual RAID levels have no limit. Provided your controller is capable, a 4TB RAID 0 is easily possible. I personally have run 2 TB RAID 10 using four 1TB drives.

Just don't store any non-redundant important information on it. RAID 0 is inherently unreliable in terms of data integrity since your logical disk is dependent on two drives instead of one. If either fails you lose everything.
