What was the most traumatic thing that ever happened to you.

I would probably say in 3rd grade when another boy tried to touch me twice, and the teacher did nothing about it. It bothered me less and less when I got out of elmentary school. It is not really a big deal ompared to other people though.

Seeing the video of me being born.....nothing has ever scared me so much in my life. :| BladeOfHeaven

House ransacked while being held at gun point in a room with mum and brother.. was 4 or 5 at the time i think. Had nightmares for years over it.

My roommate dying. I woke up, went to my morning class, came back, wondered where he was since he was usually up by then. I went to his room and found him dead. He had a seizure in his sleep. First time Ive seen a dead body before and its quite unsettling; its just odd feeling skin that cold. At the same time being in such proximity to death seems to have desensitized me to the whole process; ive lost peopleclose to me since then and it just didnt really phase me. I feel guilty about it but I havent shed a tear since then. I wish I could but I cant help but view dying as a natural, inevitable process. Emo moment lol.

Second most traumatic thing was dealing with the cops. They showed up and had to search the house for drugs and stuff. They asked us if we were drinking. Asked us if we did drugs. When my other roommate showed up they wouldnt let me go tell him what happened, they kept him out of the dark for like 10 minutes then they, not me, we're like "Youre roommates dead. Would you step over here and answer some questions?"

Third most traumatic thing was telling my dead roommate's girlfriend what happened.

Someone throwing me into a river when I was five.

waking up in the middle of a hallway of a hotel, during a school trip to San Diego. I have a tendency to sleep walk, so i ran as fast as i could back to my room, thank GOD that my room mate was awake to let me in.

That doesnt as bad as some others but, i literally had a panic attack when i got into my room, and started puking.

i almost die "electric shock 220w" age 12

and i almost kill a trespasser inside my house "he was unarmed and i didn't know" first time i miss , second the gun got jam .... one month ago.

My dad had a stroke during dinner. Luckily the medics came quickly and took him to the hospital. but while they were here i was sobbing hysterically

I almost had a heart attack when lightning hit a telaphone pole abot 10 yards ahead of me.

In iraq (Dosent deserve to be capatilized) I saw my Best friend and squad leader jump on a grenade to save the rest of our squad, Was NOT a pretty site, Uh also in iraq seeing the mass murder of civi's by suicide bombers...

about 5 months ago, I was at one of my high school wrestling practices were we scrimmed against other guys. First I saw a freshman have a seizure, second I bent my neck wrong and I couldn't move, thought I was paralyzed lol. It was scary though.

Anyway the most tragic thing that happen to me was when I was force to drop out of college and move back with my parents.

Like a few others here, I nearly drowned at a young age. Everyone was in the house, and I was the only one in the pool.

Cancer since the age of 21 (31 now), and all that has come with it. It happened, and is still happening unfortunately. I've had many traumatic experiences happen to me throughout this (chemotherapy, a botched surgery that was almost fatal, lost friends, narcotic detox, family relationship strained, emotional problems, anger issues, etc), and taken altogether it's been extraordinarily difficult.

When I swinged on a rope and it tore my ear off. Also when I jabbed a screw driver into my eye when I was 4.

Nah, Wasn't him and for those of you about to ask I'd rather not say for personal reasons... (R.I.P)

I was beaten brutally by my dad up until 15ish. The only one more traumatic than that I'm not open about.
