My salt intake is way too much,overweight,little movement other than being at work,far too much pop,hardly any social interaction outside of work. I eat too much McDonald’s and I’m aware it’s really not good for me. The list goes on and on.
I'm addicted to food. I'm about 20-30 lbs overweight, because of my addiction. I eat a lot of junk food and fast food, which doesn't help.
Too much beer, too much MJ, and too little sleep. The first two I do eventually plan to put down, but I fear I am doomed to be a night owl forever.
I like to eat things out of the dumpster.... Never know what kinda tasty treats are in there ya know ?
I do stay up late sometimes, and I don't always eat the healthiest meals. I think my spending hasn't been financially the smartest this past week or so, but I guess it hasn't been too extreme.
Been stressed out of my mind thinks to broken job market was stuck at a job I hated for like 9 years because I couldnt find another job and not for lack of trying. Dont have a 4 year degree and lots of experience now days then trying to find a job is a flat out joke. After only a few months at job place got bought out and is going to close meaning I basically have to go right back to job hunting and will likely have to go back to that job from hell. I only got the current job to because of a friend. So now being like 10+ years of extreme stress and depression I dont know how to deal with it any more. So has a result eating way to much junk food like ice cream, cookies etc has I just crave sugar all the time.
I skip a lot of meals because I just don't have the energy to eat.
Thats a odd one. Never understood how people can skip a meal either or even eat at a odd/late time because than I end up eating way way more food. So skipping terrible idea has it will just result in me eating way more calories over all.
I am about 50 lbs over weight was for years like 30 but gained 20 the last several months. That extra 20 I can really fell to has I get tired faster trying to work out and its never been easy for me to work out has I have asthma that I really only feel when I workout had it even when I was younger and really skinny.
