Have you ever perceived a "glitch in the system"?

The system being our perceived reality. I have here and there. But my greatest encounter was finding money in the trash at that particular time and place. Yes, I am a janitor. However I think I've told this story numerous times here at Gamespot. So hopefully someone has had a "glitch in the system" or matrix experience, if you prefer.

Sometimes I ordered something and it got shipped twice. Or scanned something at the cash and it was the wrong price. Those sound like glitches.

Today I went to the local liquor store to buy a bottle of smart water. The machine totally crashed. Then, my dentist called and I couldn’t hear what she was saying at all. I would say my life is full these “glitches” which you speak of.

@DEVILinIRON: I always understood that "glitch in the system" meant something a bit more significant than random chance or luck.

The Matrix movie explained it well; it's the feeling of deja vu. There are other social phenomenon's as well, such as the Mandela effect.

As for the question, yes, I've experienced deja vu. I know it can be explained scientifically, but in the moment I have a very surreal feeling and, unfortunately, a sense of dread. I think the last one was I was at a meeting and I had this memory of the meeting going poorly so I was super quiet during the meeting. Of course nothing happened but it was still really weird and it's a very freaky feeling. Really tends to unsettle me for quite a few minutes if I am being honest.
