What game can help me with my 3D skills

Hey everyone. I am looking for a DS game that can help me with my 3D perception. To enter my graduate school, I am required to write an exam that will see if I can visualize images, etc. Example of extra questions includes hole punching exercises. Is there any games apart from Brain Age that can help me with this?
