One of Megami Tensei's most obscure subseries is returning with Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army on Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on June 19. The new game is a remaster of the action-RPG Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army that originally launched on PlayStation 2 back in 2006. The new version features enhanced graphics and retooled gameplay, so it should be the ideal way to experience one of the most unique Megami Tensei spin-offs. It's also one of the first games launching on the upcoming Switch 2. Preorders for Raidou Remastered's physical edition for console are available at multiple retailers, including Amazon and Walmart, for $50. PC players can save on Steam key preorders for the standard and Digital Deluxe editions at Fanatical.

Some of the best Amazon Game Week deals are, unsurprisingly, for physical copies of games, and there are deals on Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox titles. Many of the deals apply to games available on multiple platforms, like Sonic X Shadow Generations for $34 on PS5 and Switch (was $50), Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection for $27 on PS4 and Switch, (was $50), Dead Rising: Deluxe Remaster on PS5 and Xbox for $27 (was $50), and Dragon's Dogma 2 on PS5 and Xbox for $28 (was $36). There are also a handful of console-specific deals like Monster Hunter Stories on Switch for $28 (was $36.78) and Resident Evil 7 Biohazard: Gold Edition on PS5 for $20 (was $30). What Ubisoft has in store for The Prince of Persia is anyone's guess, though. The company disbanded The Lost Crown's development team in October 2024 on account of lower-than-forecasted sales, though those who worked on the game were shuffled around to different parts of Ubisoft and not laid off. It's worth noting that 2 million players isn't the same as 2 million sales. The Lost Crown was available on Ubisoft+, Ubisoft's subscription service, and has also been part of the PS Plus Extra and Premium.

The newest damage hero Freja will be added to Stadium's limited roster as part of the midseason update for the current season, which Blizzard said is expected to launch on May 20. That will be followed by Season 17 in June, which will see the addition of Sigma, Junkrat, and Zenyatta to the roster. The Stadium roster started with only 17 heroes, as the new mode feature items and powers that you can use to make a build in the mode. These require additional balancing, so Blizzard is slowly adding the full Overwatch roster to the mode. That update will also include two more maps, Esperanca and Samoa, along with the ability to save custom builds and share them. Season 17 will also include cross-play, which hasn't been available in the mode since console and PC players don't share competitive lobbies.

Season 18 kicks off in August with Winston, Sojourn, and Brigitte joining the roster, along with a new game mode, Payload Race. Payload Race will come with two Payload maps, Route 66 and London, although Blizzard didn't share any details on how the mode will differ from regular payload matches. The roadmap stops at Season 19, simply stating that more maps and heroes will continue to be added to the mode, along with new items.

Batman Beyond: The Complete Animated Series Blu-ray

This Blu-ray set gets you all 52 episodes of Batman Beyond, which originally aired on WB from 1999 to 2021. You'll also get the uncut version of the film Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. As for bonus materials, you'll get two brand-new special features that were created to celebrate 80 years of Batman called Nostalgic Tomorrow: A Batman Gathering and Knight Immortal. All told, you're getting around 18 hours of action-packed Batman cartoons.

Set decades after Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond follows Terry McGinnis, who takes up the Batman mantle under the mentorship of an older and crankier Bruce Wayne. Over the course of the series, Terry develops from a rookie vigilante into a full-fledged superhero while defending Neo-Gotham from new and familiar villains.

If you're interested in seeing more of Terry's stint as Batman, you'll also want to check out the Batman Beyond: The Animated Series Classics Compendium graphic novel, which is on sale for $33.76 (was $60). Released last year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Batman Beyond, this 752-page hardcover book collects all the Batman Beyond tie-in comics into a single volume for the first time. The book includes the original six-issue mini-series, all 24 issues from the second ongoing series, and Batman's guest appearance in Superman Adventures #64.

Mattel's Brick Shop will debut on August 1 with seven Hot Wheels building sets, and you can preorder all of them at major retailers. Each set also comes with a matching 1:64 diecast metal car.

Brick Shop Hot Wheels sets will come in three different series, each more premium and customizable than the last. The Speed Series ($20) is the entry-level tier with builds of roughly 250-300 pieces each. These budget-friendly kits will let you create a customizable replica of each vehicle, though you won't find many premium flourishes. The Elite Series ($50) is more authentic and customizable, thanks to the inclusion of metal components and significantly higher piece counts (850-plus bricks each). Mattel says these sets “are built with maximum authenticity to faithfully recreate what makes each car unique.”

Amazon Gaming Week has brought deals on a wide variety of games and accessories for Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC users. But the sale also features discounts on other interesting gadgets, including the Nex Playground game console. Prominently featured in one of the top slots on Amazon's sale hub, the Nex Playground is a family-friendly system centered around motion controls. It's reminiscent of Microsoft's Kinect camera for Xbox 360, except its design could be described as Apple-esque. Normally $200, the Nex Playground is on sale for $179 through May 4. Alternatively, you can bundle the console with a travel case for $204.

The console has proven to be surprisingly popular since Amazon started carrying it last summer. At the time of writing, the Nex Playground holds a 4.7/5 user average based on nearly 1,400 Amazon customer reviews. Amazon says it has sold more than 5,000 units in the past month.

If you want additional games, you’ll have to sign up for a Play Pass. This costs $89 per year and unlocks over 20 new titles. It sounds a bit pricey, but it does offer some cool kid's games, such as Elmo Says, Peppa Pig: Jump & Giggle, and Candy Land: Sugary Sprint. You’ll also find a game that puts a cool twist on Connect 4 and a unique version of Hungry Hungry Hippos.

Niko Partners analyst Daniel Ahmad said it's true there is no "direct" tariff impact on digital games, but publishers may choose to raise prices anyway for a variety of reasons. To begin with, raising the price of a digital product could help offset rising costs in other departments, he said. Second, a publisher might raise the price of a digital game to bring it in line with its physical counterpart.

Other factors could be that a game's price is going up to reflect the increased cost to develop a particular game, along with a belief that people will, in general, accept the price increase. Lastly, a publisher might decide to charge more for a digital game "because they can," Ahmad said.

Blizzard detailed what all will be new in the 11.1.7 patch in a blog post, and it includes a new story campaign that will explore rising tensions between the Horde and Alliance in the Arathi Highlands with "branching viewpoints," according to Blizzard. While new main story campaign quests are expected, the patch has more than a few surprises in store, too.

One of them is a new way to level characters that sounds like a more story-driven version of Chromie Time. By speaking to Lorewalker Cho in Stormwind, Orgrimmar, or Dornogal starting in patch 11.1.7, players can complete three repeatable quest chains containing both old and new quests from previous expansions but that share a common story thread. One quest chain, for example, dives into the history of iconic Warcraft villain Arthas, where players will be able to battle through Strathholme during the culling before jumping to the game's Wrath of the Lich King expansion and stepping into the shoes of Arthas himself. Another questline dives into the history of current main villain Xal'atath, as players experience her origins in Legion, how she regained her physical form in Battle for Azeroth, and a past confrontation between her and the Old Gods.

"A lot of games, Call of Duty included, just focus on how to make the most money possible out of the player base. They rely heavily on [fear of missing out] marketing and [engagement-optimized matchmaking]. But I feel like it used to be just more about the quality of the game which would drive players to play," he said. "And that means making the game more player centric. i.e. less engagement based tactics and higher quality experiences for the players. Better maps, modes etc."

Nintendo fans can pick up one of the manufacturer's newest pieces of hardware at Walmart and other major retailers. No, we aren't talking about the Nintendo Switch 2--preorders sold out fast--we're referring to the company's latest "weird" gadget: Nintendo Alarmo. Created in-house by Nintendo and initially released as a Switch Online member exclusive last fall, Alarmo started popping up at major retailers throughout February and March.

At the moment, Nintendo Alarmo is available to purchase at Walmart, Target, GameStop, Best Buy, and the Nintendo Store. Like the Switch 2 and other first-party Nintendo products, Alarmo is not officially sold by Amazon, and third-party listings have absurdly inflated prices (don't buy it from Amazon).

Included in this latest update is Predator: Hunting Grounds, the asymmetrical multiplayer game from Illfonic, and Starship Troopers: Extermination, which allows players to partner up and take on the big bad bugs of the Starship Troopers universe.

The full list of the 11 games recently added to the Stream Your Own Game library is below. Note that all versions of the games listed are included, so if you purchased a digital deluxe version of one of the games, all of your content will be intact.

The period Nadella referred to was January through March 2025, when he said Microsoft ended the quarter as the top publisher by preorders and preinstalls on both Xbox and PlayStation.

Other stats Nadella highlighted included news that PC Game Pass revenue was up 45% year-over-year, and that while Xbox hardware revenue declined 6% over the previous year, it saw gaming revenue increase 5% and Xbox content and services revenue increase by 8%. Those numbers were thanks to growth in Xbox Game Pass, Call of Duty, and Minecraft, Nadella said.

The Lemurian Phoenix will add five new scenarios to Rise Of The Golden Idol, which will make it the largest expansion to date. The story will span 40 years, and it will involve a murder that "ignites a complex conspiracy that reaches back to 1910," according to the blog post on the Rise Of The Golden Idol Steam page.

Official Rise Of The Golden Idol social media pages have been leaving clues for players to solve, with the answers revealing the names of the five scenarios coming to the game via The Lemurian Phoenix. Eventually, the fanbase was able to decipher all five scenario names, and they are as follows:

When will FBC: Firebreak be released?

FBC: Firebreak releases on June 17, 2025. Firebreak was first announced at the Xbox Partner Preview in October 2024, although Remedy had talked about it for years before, simply as a multiplayer game called "Codename Condor."

After playing an hour-long demo, it's immediately clear that Trinket is on to something with this unique approach, but it's too early to tell if the experiment will stick the landing. Battle Suit Aces is trying something different, and so far, the results are worthy of your attention.

Battle Suite Aces follows a simple premise: A group of spacefarers called the Patchworks travel the universe in a massive spaceship called the USS Zephyr, as they explore planets looking for ancient tech. In their travels, they have found and commandeered a Gundam-adjacent mech suit, and eventually they meet other characters with mech suits of their own.

With May The 4th approaching at the beginning of the month, there is plenty of Star Wars representation in the first batch of free Prime Gaming titles. One other thing to note is that Android users can access the app via Android-based emulation devices like Retroid Pocket, as they aren't limited to just smartphone and tablets.

For now, only iOS users in the European Union can install the app, but the app is available worldwide to Android device users and they have a wider selection of games to choose from in comparison. Pokemon: The Complete Pocket Guide Box Set (2 Books)

Pokemon fans can grab the most recent official Pocket Guide Box Set for only $20 at Amazon right now. The massive two-volume paperback box set was published last September and is essentially a Pokedex you can flip through with nearly 900 Pokemon.

With over 1,100 pages combined, these two books contain data on 898 Pokemon (out of 1,025 total). This includes descriptions, stats, abilities, movies, and evolutions for the critters.

Each Pokedex entry is accompanied by full illustrations. Volume 1 covers Pokedex entries No. 1 through 442, and Volume 2 ranges from No. 443 through 898. Unfortunately, you won't find entries for Paldea region Pokemon introduced in Scarlet and Violet, but it's otherwise comprehensive.

Viz Media designed the books to be compact to make it easy to carry them around with you, just like a Pokedex. Both books are 4.1 x 1.4 x 5.75 inches and have roughly the same page counts (560 and 552 pages).

While the company has hinted at a possible chain expansion, only one additional store is scheduled to open shortly. The second official Sega store will be opening in Tokyo, located inside the Shibuya Parco department complex, in the summer.

There are only five Nintendo stores, with three in Japan just by itself, so hitting the States or Europe will possibly be years away.

Kepler Interactive's Matthew Handrahan told The Game Business that the publisher always knew Expedition 33 had a "very specific identity" that would set it apart from other games.

"I knew plenty of people that would play an Elder Scrolls game that wouldn't necessarily play Final Fantasy and vice versa," Handrahan said of the impression he got working in games media before joining Kepler.

The news comes via IGN, who states the game will be playable at the Melbourne-based museum as part of an exhibition called Game Worlds. In addition to being playable in some form, the exhibition will also include displays that explore Hollow Knight: Silksong's art and design choices.

Team Cherry is based in Adelaide, Australia, so Hollow Knight: Silksong being part of the museum's exhibition isn't entirely out of left field. In a statement to IGN, two co-curators of the exhibit, Bethan Johnson and Jini Maxwell, said they are grateful to Team Cherry for trusting them with their work.

If you're interested in Metaphor's strategy guide, you may want to pick it up sooner rather than later. Future Press is also the publisher of Elden Ring's Books of Knowledge, a three-part guidebook series that is often difficult to find in stock, especially the first two volumes. This week, you can pick up Super Space Club, an arcade-inspired shoot-'em-up in space, and with its lo-fi vibes, it's one that you can play at a relaxed pace. You'll battle endless waves of enemy ships, with a backdrop of warm colors and chillhop music produced by Missouri-based duo Fat Bard behind you.

VGC reported that the update changes the eShop charts such that it now ranks games based on revenue from sales in the past 72 hours. Previously, the ranking was based on total sales volume over the past 48 hours.

The eShop--and Xbox, PlayStation, and PC digital storefronts--are filled with shovelware-type games that are known to be misleading, low-quality, and inexpensive. One popular theory is that the publishers of these types of games sell their titles at low prices to help them rank higher in the charts. Under the new eShop ranking system, this might not be as effective.

Despite its new Unreal Engine 5 coat of paint and a few other tweaks, the surprise release of Oblivion Remastered is largely the same Oblivion from almost 20 years ago. That means it still has many of the fun quirks that give the 2006 version so much of its personality, ranging from humorous bugs to an infamous voice line mix-up.

That also means it includes a secret house where players can talk to, piss off, and persuade Howard. As broken down by PC Gamer and shown in videos like this one from user Uzis on YouTube, he's not in the game proper--players won't bump into him just casually walking the streets of the Imperial City. Instead, players need to use a console command to teleport to a hidden test house by bringing up the in-game console commands on PC and typing "coc toddtest" and pressing Enter.

Speaking with GamesIndustry.biz, Kick believes that Game-Key cards are "a step back" for game preservation. "Seeing Nintendo do this is a little disheartening. You would hope that a company that big, that has such a storied history, would take preservation a little more seriously," said Kick, who oversees a developer looking to remaster PS3 and Xbox 360 games. Nightdive's next game is System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster, set to launch June 26.

Videogame Heritage Society cofounder James Newman isn't as put off by Game-Key cards, citing constant updates for physical games as a problem regardless. "Even when a cartridge does contain data on day one of release, games are so often patched, updated and expanded through downloads that the cart very often loses its connection to the game, and functions more like a physical copy protection dongle for a digital object," said Newman, who's also a professor at Bath Spa University in England.

Coordinates are displayed in an X,Y,Z format, where X is east or west, Y is above or below, and Z is north or south. Note that the process for finding them differs depending on which version of the game you're playing, so make sure to navigate to the one best-suited for you.

Java Edition

Press F3, or on some keyboards Fn + F3, to bring up the game's debug menu. Here, you can look about a third of the way down on the left to find your coordinates. The XYZ section is your coordinates, while the Block coordinates below show the information for the block you're looking at. The Chunk option shows the distance you are from the chunk border, or the currently rendered area of the game you're in. To close the debug menu, press F3 again.

Lego Batman Forever Batmobile (909 pieces)

Give it a look if you want a cool companion for the Batman Forever model.

If you’re a dedicated Dark Knight fan, consider taking a look at the other Lego Batmobile sets released over the years. While some have been retired or sold out, others are still available. This includes the premium Classic TV Series Batmobile for $150 and The Batman Batcycle for $46.88. The latter isn’t exactly a Batmobile, but the flashy model would look great next to the upcoming vehicle.
