Dynasty Warriors 4 is a hack and slash game. You select a warrior from the one of the three kingdoms. As you progress through the game, your warrior gains experience points and the weapon that your warrior uses gets stronger. There a lot of characters to choose from. Upgrading the weapons can help you out on tougher levels. And by beating the game with certain characters will unlock new characters. Another neat addition to this game is that you can make your own warrior. There is a lot to do in DW. From getting all the items, to obtaining all of the strongest weapons DW has some good replay value. Downside to this game is that it can be repetitive, but if you can look over that, DW 4 is a really solid game. If you liked the 4th installment in this series then give DW 5 a try if you like this series.
