Not as fun as its predecessor, still a lot of fun.

When first thinking about buying this game I was hesitant at first. I was new to Dragon Age and had recently bought the first game, which was a blast to play and had a great story. I heard many reviews saying it was not as good as the first game in story, which is true, however the combat and pace of Dragon Age II was a refresher for me after I started playing, as I found it slow in the first entry of the franchise. Overall if you are interested in the overall story of the Dragon Age I strongly suggest you consider this; it is fun, still has strong focus on choice, a friendly UI, and if you don't mind playing only as a human a character that you mold based on dialogue.
