Def Jam: Fight for NY is all a wrestling/ street brawler person needs. The graphics are nice and clean, the story is seat gripping, and there is lots of violence. Here are the key aspects that make this game great.

Graphics: 9/10
The character models look amazing, from your own fighter to Snoop Dogg. There is nothing like hitting a person with a realistic looking monkey wrench. The crowds in the game look amazing, and Lil Kim looks as skanky as ever. The game even has an ugly girl!

Sound: 10/10
Simply amazing. Hitting some one with a pole sounds so realistic, the *clank* sounds making you cringe. The character voices are great, from the authentic Ludacris voice to Flava Flav's screeching. Fat Joe may sound a tad bit annoying.

Gameplay: 8/10
The gameplay is very repetitive, hitting the same buttons to hurt peole. But you can get new "Blazin" with points. Pretty cool. Also, you can hook your character up with new clothes. The combinations are endless.
