The New DOA is somewhat interesting, simply because its different in terms of gameplay when compared to other games in the series. In fact, i take that in a somewhat bad way since you cant really control your character too much. The point of the game is too play dodgeball, and this game adds more spice to that by letting you play games at the pool, go shopping, and gambling. This adds a bit more to the game in general, but it really doesnt let you walk around or explore the island. 70% of the game is watching your character, not actually controlling her. That can geet start to get repetitive and just plain boring. The game is quite boring, but however, the graphics are truly great, and the sound is pretty good, giving you some nice tunes. The gameplay really subtracts from the overall experience and makes the game feel quite old pretty quickly. This game may only be good for a short rent.
