6.5.....yes, the review of Gamespot for this game is a joke.....6.5 because it takes elements from another game.Ok then, let's put a 5 to every fighting game and a 5.5 to every driving game, because all these have been done before....If you liked GoW and if you enjoy the genre, buy it...if you are still skeptical, rent it first and then buy it. You will have a great time playing it. It's challenging, with great atmosphere, nice sound and music. I like the story. Of course I didn't expect it to be a rip-off of the exact poem. If someone expected that is a moron. I'm Greek, so I have deep knowledge of the Greek mythology. And GoW of course distorts it in numerous occasions. So what? I'm playing a game and I want to have fun.If I want to learn, I'll read a book!
The bottom line is, trust your eyes only.Play the demo, try the game and i'm sure you will love it.
