Lots of fun and a good workout. This game is meant for exercise and is a good way to keep from being a couch potato.

I like it. It's quite a workout though because it's addicting and you want to try to get better scores or beat whoever you're playing against. And, of course, you have to keep bouncing arounding like a goofy uncoordinated monkey, or then, maybe that's just me. Anyway, it lets you unlock additional songs as you do certain things, like play better and you can get more songs from XBOX Live so that's always good. The songs on XBOX Live can be downloaded in packs of 5 for $5 each. You can set the game to various settings depending on how good you are and even the different songs range from slower to very fast beats. You can also set it to use two pads at the same time and there is also a competition mode, of course. You can play against the computer or a friend or against some random person on XBOX Live. There is also an exercise mode that you can use to count calorie loss and it will track how you are doing over the course of the year so you can see how much you have been working out all along. It would have been nice if it kept track of these statistics automatically while you play, but it only does it when you actually put it into exercise mode. Unfortunately, you don't get to compete against other people in exercise mode. I know some people play by using the controller, but, really, if you get it, you have to get the pad. Be sure to spend a little on the pad though. The cheap ones wear out quickly and tend to slide a lot. The nicer ones ($30 or so) are more durable and don't slide as much. It makes sense to attach the pads to a solid surface so you could just buy some boards at Home Depot and set that up. Or you can go crazy and buy the expensive metal frames that have the bars on them too. It makes no sense to me to play the game without the pad. Being able to bounce around and look goofy and laugh at your friends doing it too is the best part of the game.
