Nearly Perfect.
Wow, am I glad I did not skip over this one. One of the all-time greats in terms of story, character development, plot, flow, and one of the absolute best soundtracks ever -- movies, games, anything and everything. In fact, the soundtrack was one of the things that got me personally interested in this one.
With such perfection throughout, the final boss and ending downgraded what would've been a 10 score, to a 9.5. Either way, easily one of the top few games that I've encountered within my 20+ years of gaming.
