Huge Graphical improvement but same generic gameplay

It's that time of the year again when a new Call of Duty is released, And after finishing the campaign i have to say it is exactly what i have come to expect........same generic gameplay and storyline.

This is the 7th year in a row that a Call of Duty game has been released and it has almost become a tradition, But really Activision needs to at least give this series a break for a couple of years unless they want to see it completely destroyed, which is already happening from what i can see.

The largest difference i can see in this installment is definitely the graphics and i have to say that i am impressed, Just looking at it i would never guess that this was a Call of Duty game, This is the first FPS that i can really say looks damn near photo realistic, Another thing i am impressed with is that Activision seems to have finally done some good coding on the PC version, The game plays really well even on my aging GTX 580, Something that i cannot say about the Battlefield series.

Unfortunately that is where the differences end, This is still the same gameplay and generic storyline that have plagued this series for years, The Campaign is barely 5 hours long and doesn't have much in the way of story or excitement, If you are just planning on playing the Campaign than this game is not worth even close to the full price of $60, Rent it from Gamefly or Redbox and beat it in a day.
