Everything that Square ever supplied in a Final Fantasy game (because we can all face the fact that it is) except done better. The character design is flawless, the job system is done without a hitch, the story is expertly written. The only flaw with the game, if you have to find one, is the town side mission.
Since it's time based, all that needs to be done is let the game sit on at home while you go off to work or school, and the town will be done in no time. Then you're left wanting, Dreaming even, of the weapons you could one day use that you unlocked, or the costumes that you can see, but know in your mind that you will never reach the allotted gold amount to purchase them.
I found the strongest part of the game the interaction between the characters, Through their conversations and actions, you can actually understand what they are going through. Even understand that these four people DID just meet, and are teaming up for a common goal that they don't know if the others believe in.
