Xbox One/PC Roguelike "Below" Gets New Trailer, Release Window
Below is surfacing this summer.
Capybara Games' Xbox One and PC game Below will launch this summer, it was revealed tonight through a new trailer that aired at the end of the IGF Awards. The new video for the procedurally generated survival dungeon crawler can be seen below.

It's been a long, long time coming for Below.
The project, in development at Ontario indie studio Capybara Games (Super Time Force, Sword & Sworcery), was originally revealed at Microsoft's E3 2013 press conference.
It was initially scheduled to ship in 2014, then delayed to 2015, and then again to 2016.
GameSpot's previous hands-on impressions of the game were largely optimistic. GameSpot alumnus Shaun McInnis wrote: "Having finally gotten over my fear of brutal games, I was able to go into this demo with open eyes and was rewarded immensely for it."
Below is a timed Xbox One console exclusive that will also launch on PC. Its music comes from Jim Guthrie. Some new screenshots have also been released; you can see them in the gallery below.
