Watch Dogs 2 Myths Tested in New Video

Does jumping into water save you from fall damage?

YouTube channel DefendTheHouse has posted its newest "Myths" video, this one themed around Ubisoft's just-released open-world hacking game, Watch Dogs 2.

The video tests a number of myths, including if water saves you from fall damage, if you can stack scissor lifts, and if you can complete ScoutX missions even if you kill the target. We won't spoil the results for you--check out the video (featuring excellent music as usual) to see which myths are busted and which are confirmed.

This is just the first episode of DefendTheHouse's Watch Dogs Myths series--check back later for more. DefendTheHouse tests myths in a number of games. See more of the channel's videos through the links below.

In other news about Watch Dogs 2, Ubisoft said this week that it will patch the game to remove an explicit texture that showed a vagina. Additionally, the game's seamless online multiplayer feature was deactivated right before launch because it was causing the game "to lag and crash periodically."

For more, you can read GameSpot's review-in-progress of Watch Dogs 2 here. Critic Peter Brown said, "You can have a lot of fun playing Watch Dogs 2 offline, but multiplayer--when it works--shouldn't be ignored." He added that the lack of seamless multiplayer at launch is disappointing as the game "needs something like PVP to round out its open-world.

"There are a lot of diversions on the map and plenty of interesting discoveries to make, but the in-game world is on the small side and only sparsely populated with NPCs," he said.

Watch Dogs 2 is available now on PS4 and Xbox One, and comes to PC on November 29.

This was pretty entertaining. I was impressed with the "Jumper off the Quad" one.

I don't need to watch a video (and I didn't) to know that you can still take fall damage from falling in water. it's just different, and there are ways to attempt to prevent it if you know what you're doing. From certain heights water can even shatter your bones if you jump wrong.

No myths about it- just scientific already known in several professions facts.
