Total War: Rome II to get first patch this week
First patch to be released this Friday; developer to release regular weekly updates.
Creative Assembly has announced the first patch for recently released strategy game Total War: Rome II. The update will be released this Friday and address a number of crash issues and implement performance fixes.

The patch will be the first of a series, with Creative Assembly announcing its intention to release weekly updates for the game following this week's fix.
Plans for future releases include balance changes and modified AI routines, and will draw information based on data received from players.
Creative Assembly is encouraging players to report issues on the Total War: Rome II support forum.
Total War: Rome II is a sequel to 2004's Rome: Total War. The game introduces new features such as army stances, a revamped political system and combined naval and land battles. Players can make their way through more than 300 years of history.
