The release has been given little to no fanfare, which is unsurprising considering the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions were panned and launched with numerous technical issues.
The last-gen versions of the game appeared earlier this week for North Americans, but an Activision spokesperson told Eurogamer, and subsequently GameSpot, it had no plans to ship the last-gen version across the UK.
This doesn't seem to be the case in terms of a digital release, however, as the game can now be purchased and downloaded fro the Xbox Marketplace. The PlayStation 3 version should appear when the store updates with new content.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 reviews criticised the game for numerous bugs and lack of ambition. GameSpot's THPS5 review described the game as "difficult to enjoy."
The game seems to have struggled commercially. It did not appear in the UK top ten upon release, or feature prominently in the US sales charts compiled by NPD.
