The Best Xbox One Game Deals In This Week's Xbox Live Sale

While the Xbox Store hosts sales on Xbox One games every week, this week brings more deals than usual, with three different sales running at once. A new Double Discounts sale offers great prices on games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster, and Xbox Live Gold members can save even more. You can also find stellar discounts on Capcom games like Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 3. Lastly, the Xbox Store has deals on Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and more Ubisoft franchises following the Ubisoft Forward stream that aired on Sunday.

Though anyone can save some cash on games in the Double Discounts sale, Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can save at least double on the more than 100 games that are discounted. Red Dead Redemption 2 and Control are $30 each for subscribers, while Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is $25. Journey to the Savage Planet, a zany first-person shooter that released earlier this year, is down to a new low at $15. Kingdom Come: Deliverance, an engrossing open-world RPG, is also discounted to $15.

If you're looking for a new unsettling side-scroller to play, Blasphemous is on sale for $12.49, and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is $20. Final Fantasy fans can pick up some older classics for cheap, including Final Fantasy VII ($8), Final Fantasy VIII Remastered ($10), and Final Fantasy IX ($10.49). City-builder enthusiasts can grab a bundle containing Cities: Skylines and Surviving Mars for just $18, which is a phenomenal deal for two great games.

Capcom's publisher sale includes both recent and older hits. Resident Evil 3 is on sale for $40.19, and we've rarely seen it for less since it launched earlier this year. You can also get Resident Evil 2 remake for $20 and Resident Evil 4 for $8. 2019's Devil May Cry 5 is down to $20, and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is $24. If you don't already have the original, though, you can grab Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master edition for $36 to have the base game as well as the meaty Iceborne expansion.

For some serious value, check out the Mega Man 30th Anniversary Bundle and Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection. The former is on sale for $40.19 and comes with all 11 mainline games as well as the eight Mega Man X titles. The latter is just $16 and contains 12 Street Fighter games.

The Ubisoft Forward sale is running all week at numerous retailers. The Ubisoft Store has the most deals, but the Xbox Store has a nice selection, too. Assassin's Creed games are steeply discounted, including Odyssey ($15), Black Flag ($9), and The Ezio Collection ($12). Far Cry games are super cheap, too, with Far Cry 5 down to $9 and Far Cry New Dawn at $10.
