Stuart Broad cover drives International Cricket 2010
England all-rounder named as cover athlete for Codemasters' upcoming cricket game.
Codemasters has revealed Stuart Broad as the cover athlete for its upcoming cricket game, International Cricket 2010. Broad follows in the footsteps of cricket legend Brian Lara and last year's Ashes Cricket 2009 cover athlete, Kevin Pietersen.
Stuart Broad was a key member of the England squad that went on to win the Ashes last year and was given the Man of the Match award for his performance in the final test against Australia at the Brit Oval.
The recently announced International Cricket 2010 is being developed by Melbourne-based studio Trickstar Games. The studio is implementing an AI confidence system into the game, which allows players to build up momentum to improve the use of advanced shots and the ability to take wickets. Victory in shorter matches may depend on the use of confidence to take control of certain situations, according to the developers.
