NBA 2K14 penalizes you for swearing

I don't think our technology is all that great yet to be given such responsibility, voice recognition improved but it's mediocre at best and when it comes to accents, you don't even need to be from a different country to speak a bit different from the rest, therefore the odds of software failure are pretty high.

I think this is a good thing... it will teach me to come up with more clever and creative ways to completely insult and antagonize other people

I saw this last night and thought it was hilarious, so I think the first occurrence is funny and entertaining. However, at that time it should also present an option to disable it.

This feature was there since 2k13, how is it news worthy?

Out of all the horrible things I can think of about the kinect and the eye... this is actually a feature that sits quite well with me. Now if only they could apply it to CoD and other games where the user base is a bunch of immature twelve year olds with high pitched voices.

LOL funny and really sad.... If I wanted a realistic basketball game, I would watch NBA. But having my console MONITOR my language over a game... pretty scary, but still kinda cool.

Hey 2K: How about you update the damn rosters. PS4 and Xbox One version still haven't gotten a single roster update. Oh and get rid of your stupid virtual currency bs. While we are at it get rid of the always online drm on it too. I loved NBA2k but 2K13 and 2K14 completely ruined it.
