Lithus, Ok, Aqua Teens selling out? Seriously? It's gotten more weird every season. Family Guy is the super cultural reference obvious humor stuff... Aqua teens has always been off kilter and random and quirky and continues to be so. The movie I have doubts about because stretching an 11 minute show to 90 will be hard to sustain, but even if the game is the worst game on the planet and I'll still get it because it will be as random and entertaining and clever as ever. I find the phrase "selling out" interesting because it airs on TV, made by CN, a channel owned by Ted Turner. It's always been bought and paid for. MM and DW are doing their show their way... I know a lot of people fell for the Pearl Jam fighting against Ticketmaster and fighting against the man and being alternative... but that attitude is ridiculous. Time to turn in the flannel and get to reality. People who say they are rebels fighting the system are full of it and trying to sell to your demographic. Selling out is simply overused this day in age... especially when you are inputing your opinion (about a TV show which gets money from cable) on some device that someone made, to ride over some internet service provided by someone to be housed on a server owned and operated by Ziff Davis Media. If you would have said "overexposed" I might tend to agree, but selling out is very different and almost impossible for a TV show to do since all shows greenlighted by execs who see dollar potential in them; and ATHF Golf has a sell here.

I'll pass on this one...golf games are totally boring.

A game by Midway? DO NOT WANT! I think it's safe to say that Midway ranks up there with Acclaim and Titus in the dishonor of being some of the worst companies. *sigh* But this game will probably sell. I'm not sure how it will in Canada though, I don't think the show airs here.

I've thought for a while they would make a great XBLA game instead of a full console game. I think putting it out on PS2 is suspect, but what do I know?

Family Guy game all over again

To LithusV So, suddenly, because the shows popular, it sucks? I've been watching it since 2004-05, and was kind of worried with the flock of newbs watching the show after the mooninites, but its still good. Just cause more people watch it, but it remains the same comedy, it sucks? Shut up. As for the game, not buying it.

Remember when ATHF was just another Adult Swim cartoon that only a handful of people watched and liked? Remember when it was cool to watch it? First a movie, now a game...just like everyone else, they sold out. ATHF isn't cool anymore.

I'm a little disappointed that it's a PS2-exclusive. People are moving to their 360s, Wiis, and PS3s. Now we're getting a PS2 game in late 2007? Generational griping aside, I can't see this game being more than a rent. I love the show, and I know the writers will make it a funny game, but I can't help thinking it'll be another watered-down game, where the characters have a few funny catch-phrases repeated ad nauseum. Here's hoping I'm proven wrong though!
