I love how the guyHarrison said. "It's all about having the best games and having the most impressive experiences, and clearly Xbox One has the best games." Ok, sounds good, but then why are you focusing on the xbox becoming an entertainment box at home with tv cable connecting etc. WHY not stick to being a perfect gaming system instead, and idk dropping the price.

I initially had the PS3, then switched to 360 because all my friends were on it and I was really hyped about the XBOX One, however I honestly don't think WE as consumers are getting the BEST possible thing XBOX could have made for this generation (and I'm not sure PS4 is gonna be ridiculous either but hey you gotta choose one). I mean these people should look at what WE the players really want and what is important to us. ALL THEY have to do is read our comments and give us GAMES that run to the best degree the console can handle. I hate how for example FIFA, every year adds only little things, and over like 5 years you look at all the changes that were made and you can conclude that ALL those changes could have been made in ONE YEAR. Give US Great games that will challenge the consoles at the highest level allowed.

I've already decided I'm buying a PS4 and not an Xbox one. Mainly due to the ridiculous shenanigans on microsofts part this time around.

However I will say this remember how PS3 was hyped as having the better hardware when the last consoles came out. Well it wasn't long until I wound up buying the 360 version of any game released for both systems because the PS3 version was always 720p while 360 was 1080p. I don't know WTF was up with that but it guaranteed a lot of my money going to Microsoft instead of Sony.

This time the difference is supposed to be much more, but I've learned to take a "wait and see" attitude to such hype.

Pretty accurate statement. Xbox One does have the best exclusives in my opinion. I see no reason to deprive myself of great games. I would rather pay the extra 100 for better gaming experiences.

I would say that this is an accurate title. Especially considering both consoles each only have one 1080p/60FPS exclusive game, (Forza 5/KZ:SF) which makes me laugh when I see people whine about XB1 games that look better than PS4 games, but arent the almighty "1080p native with 60FPS.

There won't be that many great exclusives for X1 (its a Halo + a couple of exclusives Box if you have money to throw). The 300K MS servers are not for Xbox (more than 95% are for MS new Azure service, they just fail to mention that).

I swear that I've read this same article from about a month ago. Why do they keep asking this guy the same questions and he answers it the same way? Oh well...however, I do agree with some parts of this article. I love the look of Titanfall and several other Xbox One games, but I love the PS4 hardware. I have pre-ordered both anyways.

Someone should tell MS that the more they talk about the power of PS4 the worse One looks.

ya i have to say the xbomb one is just not a good idea =it doesn't have any really good games -titan fall doesn't look that good and all we have seen is scripted game play from what ive seen i just don't see it as that good either also hardware does matter -and i have to say that i don't like the eye of microsoft watching me constantly its something im never going to use because every kinect game has been bad -its pointless and needs to be stopped instead of forced on us

It's about games, not gigaflops well maybe so but theres a big difference between 720 900 and 1080p resolution and as in seeing the xbox one has trouble even running 900p resolutions i mean come on this is supposed to be nextgen right? im not all about graphics if the stories in the games are are good but i also dont want to be looking at muddy washed out textures so yeah M$ u keep telling those lies we'll see how many people still believe them when the system comes out.

There is one thing that makes Xbox 1 very attractive 300k dedicated servers, making online matches smoother and less lag. Plus they said they can use the servers to handle computer Ai, which will free up processing power on the xbox to focus on graphics and physics, where ps4 has to handle everything on the system. In the end games my just be on par with each other with everything taken in to perspective. Plus Halo lol that's a win for me.

Wait, I could have sworn before I heard some quack at Microsoft bleating out about how the performance figures of the consoles were the same....and now they're saying "well our console may not be as good from a processing standpoint, but our games are better."

Better yet, Microsoft keeps believing they're doing a good job with this console lol. The game lineup for both consoles is good. Each has games I want. But the fact is I don't want to spend an extra $100 on something that's headed straight for a box in the basement (Kinect). I'd rather take the PS4 and a couple of games or another controller or something. I will only buy an Xbox One when used ones are reasonably priced or when Microsoft finally pulls their heads out of their asses and gives the consumer what they want: Kinect-free bundle for $399.

Did youguys forget already what Sony did to you! The reasons I will buya Xbone is because of HALO!! and because of the online experience. Most games I play are multiplatform but because of XBL being superior. I find that playing online with people is much more enjoyable.

MS was already in a hole after their E3 debacle. But now if it's 'all about the games'... MS is really up shits creek. If you're a FPS junkie then Xbox1 is fine... but no way will MS come close to what PS4 will offer exclusively and a different variety of games. MS needs to stop with the idiotic statements because they only keep burying themselves deeper and deeper. Gamers are smart enough to decide for themselves what system they want. These MS pom pom waving type statements seem like they are being made now to convince THEMSELVES(stock holders etc...) that everything is ok... and don't jump out a 3rd story window over Xbox1.

Microsoft press statements have been making them look kind of pathetic, lately. "It's about games, not gigaFLOPS," sounds so defensive that they seem to think they've already lost. Besides that, all that headline does is make people like me think that XBOne's specs are weak.
