Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes' minimum and recommended PC specifications have been revealed by publisher Konami.
The open-world steal-action game requires a baseline 4 GB of memory, an i5 processor (or equivalent), and a 64-Bit edition of Windows Vista. Konami previously announced that the PC version of the game locks at sixty frames per second.

- Processor: Core i5 SandyBridge 4Core (4 Thread) 2.7GHz or above
- Memory: 4 GB RAM or above
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 650 or above
- DirectX: Version 11 or above
Recommended Specifications:
- OS: Windows Vista 64-Bit or later
- Processor: Core i5 SandyBridge 4Core (4 Thread) 2.7GHz or above
- Memory: 8 GB RAM or above

Ground Zeroes, which launches on PC December 18, is the prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which will launch in 2015 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. A PC version of The Phantom Pain is also in the works, though Konami has not announced when it will be released.
